Brigham and Women's Hospital along with the
Osher Research Center are pleased to announce that a gift from the
Bernard Osher Foundation has funded the establishment of a
new Integrative Care Center which will be housed at 850 Boylston
Street in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. The initial focus
of this clinic will be musculoskeletal pain. Donald Levy,
MD has been named Medical Director. Opening is planned for
Spring of 2007.
The Osher Research Center is partnering with the Culinary
Institute of America to present a series of unprecedented
new continuing medical education conferences starting in April
2007 which will teach medical professionals how to advise
their patients in proper eating and healthy cooking. Participants
will both taste and cook meals made under the guidance of
CIA faculty, while being updated on timely nutrition research.
